At Three Sixty, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
